GF iFIT: parts and tools
The iFIT range comprises a good 100 items – and is still clear, because the modular adapter technique puts the dimension into the adapter: one module fits d16 and d20, one fits d25 and d32. Adapters – the dimension of the system
Every joint needs an adapter of the pipe dimension: it carries grip ring, O-rings and inspection window. Adapters are individually packed and are opened only immediately before pushing – the sharp grip ring is inside.

Transition modules: thread, copper, radiator
Transition modules with female or male thread (½ to 1 inch, brass or lead-free gunmetal) connect iFIT to valves, threaded fittings and, via thread, to any metal or press system; in addition there are the press transition module to 15 mm copper and the radiator connection elbows. Which transition fits which existing pipe: transitions to other systems.

Pipes
Two pipes belong to the system: the polybutylene pipe (PB) in coils, also in conduit – for pipes that will later be inaccessible – and the multilayer composite pipe PE-RT II/Al/PE-RT II in straight lengths and coils, dimensionally stable and oxygen-tight. Third-party pipes do not belong in the adapter – the system is approved only with its own pipes.

Tools
Pipe shears or pipe cutter and the chamfering/calibrating tool for the dimension – installation needs nothing more. According to the manufacturer both belong to every first order; we include them in the enquiry if you do not have them yet. For the composite pipe there are external bending springs per dimension.
